WHat you can find in the shop!

  • Custom Builds! Our pride and joy and most favorite thing to do is to get you out there on your fully-custom bicycle. If you’re interested in getting a conversation going about making your own custom build, email us at customs@macksbikeandgoods.com.

  • Full-Service: We service any and all bicycles! Whether you need air (always free), a flat repair, or a full-tune-up (with a wash) - we can take care of you!

  • Bikes: Rivendell, Surly, Salsa, Public, Omnium, Bassi, Marin, and Mone. We specialize in custom builds and are always looking to make a bike fit your needs.

  • Goods: Blue-Lug, Sim Works, Rene Herse, Ultradynamico, Swift Industries, Outershell, Bell, Giro, Mint, Tifosi, Ciele Athletics, Baggu, Soap Distillery, Field Notes, and more!

  • Gourmet Goodies: Fresh Espresso Drinks Made In-House (proudly serving Backlot), Dram, Momofuku Noodles, Muddy Bites, Fishwife, The Good Crisp, Stellar Snacks, Loco Lolo Hot Sauce, and more!

  • Mack Merch: We proudly print and design all of our Mack merch locally! Check out our friends at Anchorfish Printing for more information!

    Special note regarding E-BIKE service at Mack’s

    Due to changes with our insurance policy, we only service e-bikes with Bosch/Shimano drive system. This includes service of ANY KIND (adjustments, flat repairs, tune-ups, etc.)

    If you aren’t sure if your e-bike is equipped with one of these systems, feel free to give us a call at 847-877-8877 or come by during shop hours with your bike to talk with someone.
